OK, everybody's doing it.

Making themes that replicate the Bold's new Precision theme.

I got so sick of it that I made my Inversion theme to keep things bright.

But I got looking at the latest offering from ThemeBerry, and then I got to poking around, tweaking icons and whatnot.

And the stupid thing started growing on me.

So here I am, following along like the sheep that I am.

At least I kept some of my own flavor, like in the banner arrangement (and elsewhere).

I like this copycat version because I resized the usual Precision icons to fit the 320x240 layout of the 83xx and 88xx series - including the zen icons and focus on the bottom dock.

For those theming geeks among us, that's the BannerTime9000 font on the clock.

I was going to link people to the Javelin wallpaper, because that is what I use and I think it looks sharp. But this one looks sharper, where did you find it?

A beta birdie showed me that wallpaper. I don't think I've seen the Javelin wall yet. I'll have to snoop around.

I have to let the folks at PMB know about the new thread, OTA is usually up shortly after.

The zip file has jad and cod files in it - if you copy onto your SD card, you can browse to the jad with Media's explore function.

Not in this version. Let me tweak around a little with Plazmic and see what I can do.

I got the latest version of Plazmic installed this morning, but haven't had a chance to mess with it yet.

I'll have user customizable zen icons and an 8100 version compiled soon.

Any other links for this? Very nice looking, but no way am I going to register on another site to get links...

No worries. I can only imagine you're a little stressed after a full JL wipe.

I'm not a big fan of cross-posting, either, which is why I always post an alternate means for folks who aren't already members over at PMB. It's just not that easy to find OTA hosting sometimes, and the folks at PMB are very cool and very helpful.

I recommend at least checking out their site, they've got tons and tons of cool themes.
