How to locate an autostart Homescreen App

Hi, all. I have this annoying app that comes up after my nightly power down/power up. There is no corresponding application in my apps list, so I can't figure out how to delete the damn thing. This is on a Torch 9800 with os version 546:

This might be a service book installed by your wireless provider.
You sind a similar icon on your home screen.
This service relates AFAIK to a service book which is pushed by your provider, and will reappear after a restart, even if you delete it.

I think you have to call them to disable it.

followup:
The same thing happend to me after the upgrade to 6.0.0.546.
But it vanished when I now loaded 6.0.0.576 on my 9700.

same here.in the morning when my phone used to start, i've got the same issue, telling me, there is no ringtone for my phone model, and this app is located in the sim card look like menu.after uprgrading to .576, it vanished, thanks god.
