email sync problem: deleted items
 

New 8830 user (Verizon Wireless). I use the phone for my work email (sync'd with corporate email account). The problem is that when I delete an email from my desktop Outlook, it does not delete from my BB. BUT... when I delete from my BB, it DOES delete from the desktop. Weird, huh? Just to be very clear, I am DELETING the messages from desktop Outlook (not moving them to a personal folder).

Under the 'email reconciliation' menu, I have the following selected:
Delete on: Mailbox and handheld
Wireless reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox wins

Under "email settings"
Send email to handheld: yes
Save copy in sent folder: yes
Use autosignature: no
Use out of office: no

Any ideas as to how I can get the messages to delte from BB when deleted from desktop Outlook?

Never mind... found answer in archive.
 

Have to set "hide filed messages" to "yes". fixed it right up.
