Storm2: Lock and Clicking
 

Am I imagining this or when you hit the screen lock on the top of the phone, it actually deactivates the click mechanism in the screen unless you hit the bottom buttons. I tested this by putting my finger in the very middle of the screen and pressing in, it clicks. I kept my finger there, didn't press, and hit the lock on the top of the screen. Once the screen went black, I pressed my finger in again and it screen didn't click. I then unlocked the phone and the click worked again. Pretty cool feature if it was put there purposely.

Anyone else see this?

It was designed that way. Because the "click" is now controlled by electronic discs and not a switch, when locked, the power is removed from the discs and the screen "locks" until you hit one of the four bottom keys.

How are you finding your Storm2 ? How about the emailing using the touch screen? I am thinking of getting one but have other phones I have my eye on as well.
