9300 will not connect to the internet
I have just been given a used 9300 and have set it up with a giff gaff pay as you go sim which has internet access. Whilst the sim works for telephone and text, I can not get the phone to access the internet or set email up, yet the internet works over wifi. The error message I get is 'unable to connect to the intranet please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.
Can anybody helps? Please? |

You need a BIS (Blackberry Internet Services) plan for the 9300 to connect via the cell network. A BB isn't like an ordinary cell phone.

And if it's used, make sure there is not an IT Policy on it from a previous user's connection over a BES.
