What is the purpose of this thread?

They've been showing up lately (in the new FAQ section that was created), only some users can access... I don't know how these threads get created, i have seen 5-6 of them, all worded exactly the same.

What is the exact purpose of this sub-forum

It seems people are just posting and asking about info that can be found in FAQ

Is this meant to be used if a member needs further clarification of an FAQ topic?

I guess I would have to say Yes for that EZ. But I still don't get all of these.
