Is att bis down for anyone else in florida?

Called today to transfer my service back to my torch. Imei set. Can send texts and use IM apps and browse the web. CSR couldn't get service books to send. Sent to tech support and he stated that he had issues all day with service books not going out.. Is anyone else having issues today?

Yes since yesterday . Funny thing they trouble shoot it and said to go and exchange . So I got a new one and they gave me 50.00 off bill
