Strange Uncaught Exception

I'm getting this random Uncaught Exception... started a few days ago, now it's constant.

When the phone rang today I couldn't answer because it popped up, then when going from messages to main menu it did it. Seems to be random.

Uncaught Exception:
-1 >= 2989or < 0
