Reconciliation function disppearing ?
 

We have 40 users under BES using 6~7 different models of BB, but this problem keeps happening on some users using AT&T Pearl 8100 (We don't have those newer Pearl's).

The "Reconcile Now" function just disappeared for no reason, the only way to fix it is to wipe out the device and activate again. The firmware is 4.2.1.96 and I don't believe there is a newer one.

Have anyone seen the same or similar problem on Pearl 8100 ?
