8700g not working when swapping SIM
 

Hi: I hope you guys can help me with this issue. I bought two devices (8700G) in USA (I living in sweden). Well, one of these works without problems(GPRS shows in the screen). However, the other one doesn't work at all (GSM in the screen); same simcard used in both devices? :cry:

You will need to update your BIS account with the PIN number of the active bb device if you want to use it for BB data and send Service Books to that device. You can do this from the handheld or via a PC connection to your BIS provider.
