email folders (rules)
 

can someone send me the link to fixing the following problem:

emails that have been directed to my outlook folders are no longer appearing on my device. it's strange - they just stopped showing up last week.

So they were going to folders in the past and you were receiving them until last week?

yes. my emails were arriving last week and now they are not.

i've tried calling my IT pholx and they are somewhat clueless about how rules, outlook and blackberries work.

If you have BES, start up BB desktop mgr and connect to messaging system. Go to email settings - Advanced tab. Go to the folder redirection setting and click the selected folder button and then select the folders you want to synchronize.
