Memo Pad Backup not going to Outlook Notes

I've backed up my 8900 many times. The setting for the Memo Pad backup location is Outlook Notes. I'm using Outlook 2007. None of my Memo Pad ever shows up in the Outlook Notes. I have 290 Memos and need access to these. Please help with instructions!

Try a sync instead of a backup.

And make sure desktop manager is set to sync notes.
