Sharing contacts
 

Need to have 7 of our 8 users directed to the same contact book....is this possible without having to duplicate it on each of their accounts?

No, global and shared addressbooks are not available to BB users.
I had this issue before and discussed with BB engineers at a show.

Why not create a public folder in Outlook where u will add all those contacts and have your users sync with it!

b/c 4.0 does not allow that, yet (may not ever). 3.6 will. there is a thread in this subforum not too far down that describes the woes and "workarounds".
