BB8700 OS4.5 Simplified Chinese fonts + input?
 

Hi,

Does anybody have a working firmware OS4.5 package that contains Simplified Chinese fonts and input?

I have tried the OS4.5.0.55 East Asia package and it only has Traditional Chinese.

A previous OS4.2 Chinese package has Chinese Simplified support but it doesn't support HTML and embedded images

and for chinese input , you need dianxun input

I've been away for awhile.
Thank you for the suggestion.
It didn't work for a user because, the native BB Simplified chinese fonts are not in the East Asia package.

And with the Dianxun input method, there are still some words that cannot be displayed on screen. When you compose and send the mail, the fonts render just fine on a pc.
