i traveled and now i cant log in mi bbid
 

ok guys im new here i need help please fast because i have just traveled to germany and im going to be here 8 months i bought a sim card okkk so i went home and i stupiddly changed the sim card and then i had to log on with mi bb id.......so i checked with my computer mi bbid and password in the computer they were working but i tried on the phone and it doesnt woork!!! it says it is wrong even if its right im on the 7attempt out pof 10 and i dont know if a should just wipe everything because with urgency i need to call my wife and kids

Did you release the BlackBerry PIN from your previous carrier's BIS? Does your old SIM card work?

Was the BB unlocked for use on the new carrier? That may be why you cannot make calls.
