Stuck on USB ICON mode
 

Hi guys.

So I did the latest blackberry update and it broke my bbm. Yes, bbm crashed, I could not open bbm, whatsapp, email, calendar, etc. no app worked.

So I did a factory reset which failed and would not log in. So next step was to reload the software using blackberry link. So I tried that and when I click on the reload button, it starts, but turns the phone off and on and off and on and gives me an error saying it could not help due to the device not being connected.

I am using the same cable that came with the phone. Even if I start the phone without being connected to the PC, it still starts with the USB ICON mode and will not change. I have tried taking the battery out and refreshing but nothing works.

PLEASE HELP!
