Password Keeper error
 

Have a user who received this message in his Password Keeper today. Never saw this before and am not sure what the issue is. Anyone have an idea? Exact email I received is below.

"Aaron uses his Password keeper for all of the passwords he has to remember. He changes his password regularly to coincide with BB password. This has been working perfectly until today.

Today, he got this message: "Password entry created 10/7/08 is protected by an old password. Please enter the old password to convert entry.

He does not know what "old" password is required... Please advise... Thank you!"

There's no way to crack the password - he either knows it, or he doesn't and it will wipe the passwords.
