Mysterious Icon

Had this icon show up in the status bar on my phone the other day. Not sure where it came from and reboot didn't clear it. Since it looked like BBM I checked there, but there is nothing new.

Image is attached, but in case it doesn't show up clearly, its a light blue box with a BB logo and a head and shoulders profile.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I can't see your image, but is it the BlackBerry ID update?

It was the ID update (Options, Device, Blackberry ID).

Don't know why the image didn't show. It looked okay during the update process. I just tried again and it didn't work this time either. Just to help the next person, I'll post a link instead.
