Problem with BBM 7.0.1

I upgraded to the above mentioned version today and now my BBM icon has now disappeared from my phone. It says its still installed, but i cant seem to find it to uninstall and go to an earlier version.

Ive noticed a few reviews on the update of people complaining of the same problem.

I am on a blackberry torch 9810.

Try removing battery with power on, for about 30 seconds.

Make sure icon is not hidden and not in a folder.

Go into applications in device options, delete, and install again from BlackBerry World.

See if one of the above is the fix.
