Problems with music

I was listening to my music on my Blackberry Bold 9700. Then the music stopped and my blackberry didn't react and i got an error. I restarted my bb and tried to listen to music again, but there was still the same problem. Anybody an idea?

What is the error?

How did you "restart" the BlackBerry?

If you didn't do a hard reset, then do it now. A hard reset is a battery pull, done with the power on, and a wait of at least 30 seconds before replacing the battery.

If you still get an error, post the error message.

Either way, post back. The hard reset will likely fix things at least for now. If you get the error again there will be some more troubleshooting required.
