Turning off

I am having 9320 Model.My Blackberryafter switch on automatically turning off & on & then hang . After removing & placing the battery it works for some time but again giving the message of turning off.Some key making mulfunction.

Was it ever dropped?
Exposed to any moisture?
How much free memory is on the device?
Have you installed any apps before this occurred?
Have you tried reloading the device OS?
