Can't download apps or games
 

Whenb I try to download an app or a game I get a message "This file cannot be read do you want to save it anyway" then I realize on saving it can't open it as can't be read I have used up some of my data allocation. Any help on this problem much appreciated. Thanks ps updated my phone from desktop PC yesterday problem the same

What exactly are you doing?

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan on your line? Note BlackBerry data plan. A regular mobile data plan isn't the same thing.

Are you using BlackBerry app world?

If you are trying to install from another source than app world, are you using the native BlackBerry browser, and is it a link for OTA install?

Provide info on exactly what you are doing and someone will be able to help.
