Re: Looks like 'game over' for BlackBerry
I think it can turn around. RIM may never again be the major player they once were.
But I'm afraid none of it will happen with the leadership currently in place... there's no faith in the two. |
Re: Looks like 'game over' for BlackBerry
The most drastic story again.

Re: Looks like 'game over' for BlackBerry
If it's true Amazon's working on a phone, would it make sense for them to buy RIM?
|
Re: Looks like 'game over' for BlackBerry
And call the new phone a berryblack

Re: Looks like 'game over' for BlackBerry
Carrier IQ should buy RIM, and we watch some people's heads explode :O

This article talks about the sales numbers and they are brutal. http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/1...ear-in-review/ This is an astounding statistic, a company almost has to try to be bad to achieve this: "The BlackBerrys share of the smartphone market in the US dropped to 10 percent in 2011 from 49 percent in 2009, according to Canalys, a research firm." |
