No matter what I do I can't seem to set up a new bbid!! Y? It still has the user of the last owner! Please help how do I get rid of the previous owners an set mine up?

Wipe out all of the data on the phone by doing a security wipe.
Not sure where it is on a 9310, but try Options / Advanced / Security or something similar to that. Wipe out all of the data. It will leave the operating system and applications behind.
