Please help me as I forgot my BBID PIN & tried to create a new 1 but have to edit my original 1. My email setup icon won't open and this prevents me from accessing my emails as the temporary PIN is sent to my lost email address. Help please.....

Create another BlackBerry ID and start over from scratch.

I've created another I'd but the problem is that I have to login with the older password that I forgot and the email I've registered with the suscriber no longer have it,so there's 1 thing left to wipe n I'll lose everything on my phone.

That's what aiharkness is saying - there's no way to circumvent the security protocols. If there were, it wouldn't be secure.

It sucks, but it happens sometimes. I hope your data is backed up.

Suspicious this is not the owner. The BB password and Email password are separate
