View folder - multiple inboxes
 

Hi. Didn't see an answer to this question...

I have 3 multiple inboxes, but only 1 email account going to BB. They all have the subfolder, Spam, but 2 of them have only blank entries. I have rebooted, resent service books, etc, but there are still there.

These inboxes are when I am in mail, then view folder...

Any ideas?

plug into PC.
open desktop manager
go to backup/restore
go to advanced.
on the right hand side, find FOLDERS entry and click clear.

This will remove all those inbox folders.
To get an inbox folder back for the email account you do have, you need to delete and then re-add the email account in BIS (as sending service books doesnt work, ive found).

Also, you dont have to get that inbox folder back if you dont want to, it wont affect you receiving mail.
