Outlook inbox unable to display after BB sync

I am unable to open outlook's inbox or pst after I sync the BB and close the Desktop Manager software.
I then have to close outlook and relaunch to read mail.
ANyone else seen this? it is only happening on one of my users.
Using outlook 2003, Desktop Manager 4.0, XP.

I have the same problem with my pst but not with my inbox (BB 7510 on BES). I have to close outlook and then reopen to see my pst files. Annoying but not crippling.
