Runtime error codes

Would like help with this issue.
I have a Blackberry BOLD 9900 and have never had any issues with synchronising with Desktop Manager until yesterday.
Following message occurs and cannot get past it. Synchronisation stops and program stops with following message:
“Runtime error 216 171E59EE”
What does this message mean and how can I resolve it?
