Anyone else paid for unlock and possibly scammed?

I want to warn people not to go to the following URL for assistance to unlock their BB.

Unlock BlackBerry - The specialist site for BlackBerry unlocking

As you can see from their "response after payment" The USER ID is blank and so is the password. Also the link for the download of software is a broken or missing link.

Hello XXX,
Thank you for buying this software. Here is your link:

I have tried to contact these people and no one has responded to my emails or tech ticket.
So I think this is a SCAM SITE.
Thanks

I recommend GSMPhoneSource.com

Thanks. I may take you up on your advise. I have just reported these people to PayPal hope that either they will get me a refund or not allow these scam artist to use PAYPAL for thier fraud.
You know there are honest people out there with valid reasons for needing an unlock code.. I happen to be one. I just hope I can find someone I can trust to assist me with this unlock thingy.
I was a Tmobile customer bought the BB and my contract was up.. so I went to Cingular but they forced me to buy their crummy phone. I miss my blackberry and want to use it.. T-Mobile just told me they could not help since I was no longer their customer.
I was upset since I bought the darn phone from them.. they should support it.
anyway.. enough of my whining..

There is nothing dishonest about unlocking your BB. Yeah, you have to be a customer in good standing to have the carrier unlock it for you. Otherwise, you have to pay as you are so harshly learning.

GSMPhoneSource.com is the only site I'd use. The owner checks in on threads on this forum concerning unlocking, and while a few folks have complained about it taking a couple of days to get an unlock code, I got mine in hours. In any case, nobody has gotten scammed by this site.

Resolved

I finally heard back from that website and they emailed me the information I needed this morning.
Guess these guys are not scam artist after all.
Their procedures worked like a charm and I am now able to use my BB again. Thanks for the support.

Good to know you heard back and got it settled.

At the FAQ site are three good unlockers which are tried and recommended.

Make sure to let Paypal know the problem has been resolved.
