BlackBerry BBM Issues
 

Hi All,

I have a blackberry bold 9900 and ever since blackberry launched their cross platform app yesterday I have been having a particular problem with my bbm.

For some strange reason I unable to message anyone on bbm, who is using it from an ios or an android device.
They can add me, i can see their status updates, I can even receive their messages. But every time i try to send a message to them it turns up with a red x.
I can also message anyone using bbm on a blackberry just fine.
I have friends using blackberry phones that can message the same friends I have on android and ios.

Anyone know why this would happen?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BBM for iOS/Android will probably need an update or two before it's ready for prime time. Sounds to me like the problem is on the iOS/Android side so long as your BBM works BlackBerry-to-BlackBerry.
