FindOutProfile: unable to open and create OutProfile.

I'm unable to activate a user. All details are correct on BES 5. Activation fails and the domino server log reports:
FindOutProfile: unable to open and create OutProfile.
OutProfileOpen failed (You are not authorized to perform that operation 0x0246)

ACL looks fine. I've found almost nothing regarding this?:cry:

You will get better response if you post BES related questions in the BES forum. Ask a mod to move it for you.
