Folder will not sync
I have a user who's Memo/Notes folder will not sync, period. I've done just about everything including
1) Toggle wireless sync on/off both globally and on the notes folder. 2) Reactivated 3) Deleted from BES and reactivated 4) Deleted all the notes, added a test note. Is it possible that there is something in the notes folder of his mailbox that BES cannot understand and doesn't sync the folder? |
Tried deleting the handheld databases through desktop manager?

Did a full handheld wipe with step 3 above.

I ended up on the phone with RIM and they confirmed that my config was good. The tech could not come up with a workaround but thought the issue should be resolved in the next service pack.

Try this:
(1) Go to the user's state db (2) Turn off email wireless reconcilation on handheld (3) Delete all mail folder documents (4) Turn on email wireless reconcilation on handheld (5) Go to "Folder Redirection" on handheld and ensure relevant folders selected for redirection (6) Double-check on the state database for the corresponding folders' redirection flag if they have set to "1" (7) Test out Help it helps!
