can you help me, my black berry bold 9900 is reset through blackberry desktop.. after reset, in screen i can't ok the license aggreement but i scroll up and down.. i try to upgrade and downgrade but nothing happen.. pls help me what can i do..

You need to give more details. Reset ? do you mean you did a wipe? reload OS?

yes i wipe it using desktop manager, and relod OS, because of to slow when i use.. but now when i open, the license aggreement is pop out and when i click ok nothing happen.

Ok , lets try this way. What license agreement? for the apps or are you seeing something to do with the basic OS on the phone.

Check your BB if it doesn.t have hardware malfunctions.
