sprint navigation hangs at 100% reading gps
 

when I do anything with sprint navigation, Ive reinstalled, it hangs almost always at reading gps 100%...anyone have this problem?

hi infoe, are you using 8830 Sprint Navigation outside or inside? You need to go outside in order to read any GPS.

For your future, please go to "Tool" --> "Compass" first to check out the current GPS status before start using Navigation or current Maps to make sure you won't keep reading GPS while there is actually nothing. Hope it helps.

I had the same problem, inside and out. Finally I just gave up and now I use yahoo or google

It used to work both inside and outside now its not working on either...good tip for compass but it is telling me no gps? Should I call sprint tech support? I don't think it has anything to do with account because google maps isn't finding a satellite either :(

Nevermind on google maps...only sprint telenav not working
