My Loud Profile indicator(bell) on the screen just turned red
 

I have a BB Pearl 8100, and I'm using the loud profile on my handset. I just realized that the loud profile indicator is now RED at the edges of the bell(that is, the profile icon), and this is the only profile icon that is RED, the other profile icons are just ok.
What does this mean? Please, someone help me. It worries me when I see it red.

No need to panic. It just the icon to let you know which profile you're currently set to. If you set it to Vibrate, you will see the normal speaker with 2 green squiggly lines. Or Quiet will be the normal speaker with Zz coming out of it, etc.

Thank you jsconyers. Please I just wish to ask you if the trackball on the BB pearl 8100 has LED lights? If it has, then I have never noticed mine, and how do you turn them on?

If you have the 8100, then yes, there are multiple colors under the trackball. If you have the 8110 or 8120, then no, it is just white.

Look for an app called Bling Ball (I believe).
