Reload after security wipe, apps missing
 

Hi, I have a Playbook and someone was going to purchase it, so I did a security wipe, as there was nothing really important on it. I then did the update after I decided to use it for myself, and after the update, there are quite a few apps missing, the most important being File Manager and Mp3 player..

How do I install these, as I went to the App store, and downloaded and installed two players, and none of these show on the second page, or anywhere for that matter...:cry:
