trying to upgrade my 8100
 

I have followed the how to instructions to a "T" the message i get after about 20 seconds of attenpting the update is "No software update is required for your device." What do I do now?:x

Either the OS you downloaded is not for your specific model BlackBerry or you downloaded one from a different carrier. If the carrier is different you need to make sure you delete the vendor.xml file first.

where can i find the specific 4.5 upgrade file for the 8100?
