screen problems help
 

Hi everyone,

I've bought 6-7 months ago my blackberry bold 9900 everything was normal until a week ago when my screen got black it gets black when my mobile gets a little bit warm. I've to cool it down (going outside)or wait until my screen gets normal again. The touchscreen works even when my screen is black and the keys are giving light.
Can anyone help me?

Have you dropped the device or has it gotten wet?

No i've never dropped it, it never got in contact with water. Only thing I do is when I take a shower is put music on and leave it like 7 meters away, and humid can't cause it. It's working fine right now until it gets a little bit hot. Can it also be caused by the battery?

Having the device that close to the shower can certainly allow moisture into the device.

Well I'm doing it for every phone and 7m away with an open window can't cause it. I have the phone 6/7 months and it does it suddenly? Doesn't make sense. Can it also be the problem of the battery?
