Unable to view files on my 9800 or the media card

I updated OS on both and I am unable to view music or picture files on my 9800 or the media card in the 9800. I can see them when I do the Bridge Files , but they both say 0 bytes. I know there are pictures and music I took on my blackberry and no luck. Per other forums, I added the VAD files back in and still no luck.

I have the same issue. Do you have a BES connection or is it password locked?

I am going thru a BES, but there should be no locks on it.
