No Contacts Transfer from Z10 to Q10
 

I switched from a Z10 to a Q10 (need it keyboard) I have done twice the switching process through BB Link and all data media even Software has been transferred properly but the phone contacts. When I tried to set up the accounts as the settings required, the screen gets into the thinking circle but never got to the account set up, stays hanging there. I tried setting the accounts before the data switch but after that is done the emails accounts disappeared and no contacts are loaded. Any Ideas? My OS is 10.1.0.2039.:-(
