Adding new contacts on BB Messenger
 

I have a problem with adding some (not all) contacts on BB Messenger.

I send the request, the other person receives it and accepts, he then sends me a request which i see on my email account (on my PC) but i never actually receive the request on my BB.

So all he sees on hi side, is me pending.

Any ideas?

you're getting his request on your PC? what i did with mine was, added a friend's name on the address book along with his PIN; went to BB messenger and added him from there and i have not had any issues so far with it; try a battery pull and re-do everything again :?

I have tried a battery pull on several occassion, however i will try add the by PIN ad see if it works that way.

I believe that you have to open their request on your BB. That will add their PIN to your list.

An email request only works if that email account is setup to go the BB. I always use pin rather than email as the emails can take some time to go through where the pin is instant.
