What OS on new 8830 on VZW

I'm getting an insurance replacement for my 8830 from VZW. Will it come with the 4.5 OS installed?

It should, they released 4.5 back in April.

I have always found the refurbished phone to come with original install which will be 4.2. You can simply upgrade upon receipt.
