Hello, can you help me how to upgrade BB OS on mac ? Can I upgrade it using blackberry desktop software ?
I've searching on google, and got nothing. There are so many question about this since over year ago until today. No sollution for mac? Except using PC. I have wine bottler. And I just download desktop parallels, but I don't know how to use it. Thanks

Unless the OS upgrade is an official release by your carrier, you cannot upgrade using the MAC DM, AFAIK. I don't think DM 2.0 changed that.

You need a PC or neeed to run aWindows instance on the Mac using Parallels or Bootcamp.

As fr how to use Parallels, read the user guide that came with it.

My advice, however, is that if the device works as you want and need it to, then it is not broken and doesn't need to be fixed with an OS upgrade.
