Syncing Problem - Outlook Contacts not transfering to handheld
 

I have an 8830, and when I sync, the new items I have added in Outlook are not transferring to the handheld. I have reviewed and revised all the syncing options, to no avail. It is '07 Outlook.

What version of DM are you using?

Are the new items a long way in the future?

Not sure what DM is.

The contacts are not transferring, not the calendar items. Sorry, should have been more clear.

DM is desktop Manager, the software you need to use to sync with outlook

Use DM 4.5 or 4.6. I think 4.2 didn't like Outlook 2007.

Can I get DM 4.5 or 4.6 somewhere?

Well, I downloaded 4.5 and it didn't work, so tried 4.6, same thing. Any other ideas?

Not sure. You could pull battery and resend service books. Don't know if that has ANYTHING to do with your problem. Maybe something in the Outlook settings. Lately when I sync calendar some of my old todo items with a recurrence are put back on the calendar going back in time, even though they were deleted from the BB and PC prior to sync. The ones that haven't come due yet are unaffected. Not sure why.
