Not requeuing message
 

Hello,

(Question from a BB newbie, don't flame too intensely ... ;)


We have an executive on travel who reports his Blackberry's unread message counter is increasting, but not seeing new messages. My gut instinct / feeling is it is his Blackberry, needs reset, etc... but he wanted me to "try things at the office first"

Checking our bb server (BlackBerry Enterprise Server Management, 3.6.2.14), we do see something near the times he reports problems (including modified text) ...

... any suggestions for links on these events? I'm guessing the database structure on the bb -- which is probably keeping track of every message in it's MSDE -- is getting confused in some way?? Dunno ...
