Z30 swipe does not minimize application
 

With some applications, phone call log in particular, I can not minimize and therefore close the screen with the usual up sweep. I will try many variations on simple and repeated upsweeps, but soon have to turn off the phone and re start.

Any suggestions?

That happens to me occasionally. Usually I can just hit the power button to just darken the screen and then hit it again and it works.

Same here. My assumption is its a delay caused by the CPU doing something with the radio or another process.

I've only had it happen while attempting to end a call.
