why cant i use my media card to install apps on it???????
 

mine is a BB8520 with 2GB momory card.
while installing apps to BB through BB desktop manager, apps n its files wont get stored in media card.

* during my installation, if i direct the files to be installed to memory card, it says "USB CONNECTION FAILED",

* device memory has a limited space to apps to be installed. n our BB desktop manager installs all the apps direvtly to device memory.

* HOW to change the settings, so that the BB desktop manager installs files to media card(memory card)

guys please help me out here. blackberry has an "aura" of its own. u ppl have to help me utilise that "aura"

You can't install applications to the media card.
Applications can only be installed and run from Device Memory.

This is simply how the BlackBerry OS was designed.

In addition to what's already been said you can Archive the files to the media card however the app does not get installed there - all you're doing is placing the installer file into the media card only

And in addition to the "aura" us BB owners have, part of that "aura" is obtained by thorough searches ;-)
