"Stop BES" and "Restart BES" options not available

Hi,

I install several BES on Domino and Exchange, and for one of my clients (Domino, BES v4 Hotfix 2), the options to restart BES and stop BES are not shown in the Blackberry Manager !!!

Anyone knows this issue ? Ever heard about a similar problem ?

Its no longer installed as a service. There are three in its place, from what I can tell. The policy service, the dispatcher service and the synchronization service. If all else fails, just stop them all and restart them. Or just reboot the server.
