I cannot get my name to display on the lock screen. I have a personalized message that does work.

The "display owner name" field is blank, and my BB wont let me type in that field. My last BB 9900 worked just fine with this.

ideas that work?

Is this a corporate device? Or a personal one? If it's a corporate device, they may have just locked down the device with a standard Message on Lock Screen which you can't change.
