Calendar Sync Stopped
Have been successfuly synching BB Bold 9700 to Outlook for more than a year, but noticed recently that new BB calendar entries were not being added to Outlook Calendar. On checking DM I find that it says "calendar not installed".
I have tried reset of BB with no success. I have a suspicion it may be to do with having recently started using BB Messenger and this has added another calendar to the existing e-mail and Facebook calendars. Help would be appreciated, as I don't feel secure without my diary backed up on the computer. Running BB OS 6.0. Thanks, Jim. |

Check default services in options. Make sure the default CICAL and CMIME are set to the calendar you have been using. This will correspond to an email address. Set both defaults to the same address. This is th calendar that Desktop Manager will sync with Outlook.

But when I select calendar optiosn I cannot find any reference to CICAL or CMIME. Specifically how do I set these to the e-mail calendat I have been using? Jim. |

The setting is not in the calendar options. Look in device options and find Default Services.

I have a similar problem. I have the blackbery 9780 and an apple desktop. It used to syn my calandar both from my BB to my ical on my desktop, and also from my ical to the BB
Now it is not syncing at all, even though the Blackberry Desktop Software says it sync'd What do I do?? |
